A digest of recruiting trends and practices
I am currently the Director of Recruiting for Mozilla, leading a smart and passionate world-wide recruiting team. I have been in the recruiting world for over 15 years, building out teams for companies such as Netscape,Apple, Amazon,Google, Ning and now Mozilla. I am happily married to my husband of ten years who is a successful business man, former heavyweight fighter, college football player and amazing craftsman. He can build and fix anything. Which for me, who is clumsy and absent minded, a very good thing to have. I have 3 dogs (2 huskies and 1 akita), 2 horses, a step son and a gran-dog. I come from a large and happy family in Australia, and see my Dad, 6 brothers and sisters, 25 nieces and nephews in Canberra a few times a year, so family is important to me. I love story-telling, but hate writing! However, when you've got stories to tell and thoughts to express, they don't write themselves so this is my attempt to tell them.
