I truly admire your approach to staffing. I came across your blog while trying to learn some info about Ning. I've been reading everything I can about what is happening there. I'm fascinated by what the company is doing and, since you're running the staffing, I figured I'd check out your blog. Nice to see that the person at the helm of staffing has a sound philosophy.
